Kegel Barn Leisure Game System Leisure Game Menu
The Leisure menu can be considered games for those who have been Kegel 9 Pin Bowling a few times, the bowlers now have mastered the basic skills required to bowl the ball on the line and under the rope and are looking for some further challenges in their bowling. These games offer some variety and new challenges. These games are more suitable for adults and older children.
A number of these games currently have a more basic interface at this stage while others have in game animations.
Games in this Menu are good fun yet challenging and suitable for older children or adults.
Black Jack
The aim of the game is to get a score as close as possible, or equal to 21. The highest score wins. Obviously as this is Kegel 9 pin bowling it is impossible to get a 10 so Black Jack is impossible to achieve. Additionally ones are only counted as one, never as eleven
Bandit
The bowler plays three balls with the aim being to achieve a matching score eg 111 or 777 etc. The idea is to bowl three identical balls for a perfect score.
Good fun and not as easy as it sounds. This is a good quick game for when you only have a few minutes left to play.
This is not a gambling game and no payout or any reward is offered.
Chain
Each bowler must match the target score exactly.
The target score changes to be the last score bowled. The score has to be exactly the same as the target, otherwise the bowler loses the difference in points between their ball and the target. Each player starts with 21 points and when they reach zero they are out. The winner is the last bowler in the game.
Above the target is 3 and Player 1 bowls 7 so Player 1’s score drops to 17. The target then becomes 7 for Player 2.
Bingo
Bingo has the numbers 1 to 9 arranged at random in a 3×3 grid for each player. To win, a player needs to get three numbers in a row, Horizontally, Vertically or Diagonally. This game should be fairly easy to win, but with the random sequence and the general tendency of bowlers to bowl the same score multiple times (e.g. four sevens in a row) it is a lot of fun with a group of bowlers.
See Saw
Each player bowls eight balls with the first 4 balls added to the bowlers score. The second four balls are are subtracted from the score with a total score at the end. Try to get the highest score to win.
Basic Arithmatic
Each player gets 4 balls and a starting score of 9.
The value of Ball 1 is added to their score.
The value of Ball 2 is subtracted from their score.
The value of Ball 3 is multiplied by their score.
Their score is divided by the value of Ball 4 to obtain the final score. The aim is to try and get a high finishing score.
Triple Jump
Each player bowls three balls into a full set of pins. The total of these balls must be equal to or greater than the target figure. If a bowler fails to reach the target, (player 1 in this example), they receive a warning (yellow card). The second time a bowler fails to reach the target, they are out (red card). The starting target is a score of eight but this target increases by 1 each round up to a maximum of 16. The aim is to try and make it through or be the last bowler standing and win the game.
